PLEASE NOTE: 
Most of the animals we rescue are adopted out directly from a kill shelter or from foster homes.  We do not have an shelter that is open to the public where you can come and meet the animals. Please see the instructions below for adopting the pets on this page as well as additional ways to help these animals.

TO ADOPT:
You MUST fill out the Adoption Application form. Please print the application and fill it out. It can then be scanned and e-mailed to Lee Caswell at Nick of Time Rescue.  Once it is received and approved, you will be notified within 24 hours. Adoption fees must be paid within 24 hours of approval. Once approval is met and the fee is received and is received, the animal will be pulled from Animal Control and placed in a foster home until the next available transport. Or, if the animal is already in a foster home, the foster parents will be alerted, and the pet will be placed on the next available transport.

TO FOSTER:
Email Lee at Nick of Time Rescue. NOTE: When fostering an animal, Nick of Time Rescue remains responsible for medical care, however, the foster parent is responsible for food, treats, over the counter meds, etc. Foster parents are responsible for caring for the animal until a forever home can be found. You will also be responsible for getting the pet to and from transport. Fostering is a responsibility that should not be taken lightly. Time can range from a few days to a few months.
