In Memory

This page is dedicated to the loving memory of those who lost their lives while waiting to be saved, as well as beloved pets who lived out their lives in the loving arms of their families. We also honor rescuers and other animal people who devoted their lives to helping animals.

No one can replace our beloved lost pets or people who helped to save animals, but adopting a new pet or donating money to save another life can help ease the pain. If you would like to donate money in memory of your beloved pet or special person, please use the Donate button. Please be sure to enter your personal Memorial message when you donate, and then send the picture you would like to have displayed to nickoftimerescue@yahoo.com. The amount of the donation does not matter; it will be used to save another life.

~ In Memory of Betty ~

Betty, I miss you everyday and not one day goes by that I do not think about you. You had a tough life and I still get sick to my stomach when I think about you being dumped at a kill shelter when you were a senior, deaf, and blind. This was the time you needed someone the most. Despite all this there was not a mean bone in your body. I wish I could of done more for you and I wish you had a better life than the one you were dealt. I hope you are at peace now and I hope the time you spent with me, though it was short, was a happy time.

Your Mom,
Marissa

~ In Memory of the Golden Girls,  Callie & Chiffon ~

They say memories are golden,
Well maybe that is true,
I never wanted memories, I only wanted you.
In life I loved you dearly,
In death I love you still,
In my heart you hold a place, no one will ever fill.
